Julie Sanders

Neil and Julie teamed up after Neil spent years in the real estate business to form SETX Properties. Neil is a graduate of WOS, and since 1995, Neil has worked with different brokers, builders, contractors, developers and he has also built and remodeled homes. In 2007, he started SETX Properties, a full-service real estate company. Neil has impeccable attention to detail, successful negotiating abilities, and a resume of experience. Julie is a native of Groves, proud graduate of PN-G, and after rewarding years in the medical field and corporate administrative arena she made a decision to bring her experience and skills to the table beside her husband. She uses her emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and strong commitment to assist home buyers and sellers in the real estate process. Since 1989, she and her husband have built two homes of their own, moved several times, and survived the complete transformation of three homes with many stories they can laugh about now. Their mission is to provide an elevated, personal, and innovative service with integrity.
