Groves Real Estate

Groves is a beautiful city in the heart of Texas. The community is wide-known because it’s home to the famous pecan trees. There are several green spaces in the city. Chris Roark Lions Park is the perfect place for family-friendly fun! There are covered picnic areas, stages, and horseshoe pits that will keep you busy all day long. You can also play baseball on the fields! The district of Groves is served by two school districts, the Port Neches-Groves Independent School District and a much smaller space that falls within the Port Arthur Independent School District jurisdiction.

The Groves Pecan Festival is an annual event that celebrates the harvest of pecans. The first festival was held in 1969, and it grew from there with support until now-a a two-week-long celebration lasting over 50 years. The celebration offers every community member activities to interest sports enthusiasts, hobbyists, competitors, or homemakers! Groves is a remarkable destination. There’s always something new happening here with plenty more where that came from! Julie’s great-grandmother, Mable Myers, owned the first grocery store that was located on Jefferson Boulevard.
