Julie Sanders, REALTOR®/Broker Associate
Julie is a native of Groves, a proud graduate of PN-G, and loves being a part of hometown communities. She is extremely service-driven, detail-oriented, and focused, knows how to negotiate in her clients' best interests, and will take the time to answer all of a buyer's or seller's questions. Since 1989, she and her husband have built two homes of their own, moved several times, and survived the complete transformation of three homes with many stories they can laugh about now. Julie has the honor of working with many repeat and referral clients. She will take great care of your best interests - just ask her clients. She is an active member of Encounter Church, the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, Southeast Texas MLS, Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, National Council of Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), and the Port Neches - Groves Rotary Club. Julie serves on the board of Embracing Freedom (child sex trafficking advocacy).

Since joining the team in 2018, Shantel has become a REALTOR® and also serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing many tasks and wearing many hats. With 11 years of property management experience, she knows the importance of paying close attention to hundreds of moving parts while remaining calm in stressful situations. Starting here as our Executive Coordinator strengthened her attention to detail, her knowledge of Real Estate, and her understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes of transactions. From managing transactions to helping you find or sell your home, she will always provide great service while protecting her client's best interests. Shantel is a lifelong resident of Orange County, where she lives with her husband and two children. She's a proud supporter of her husband, Dru, a Marine Veteran who has served overseas and continues to serve the community through law enforcement. Originally from Venezuela, she has called Southeast Texas home for 20 years, where she has raised her three children and invested in real estate for the past 6+ years. She always dreamed of working in real estate, so this naturally led Giomar to obtain her real estate license and join SETX Properties in 2023. She understands the importance of providing excellent customer service, working hard, and having thorough knowledge when making decisions such as buying and selling real estate. Sincera gained invaluable experience working her way up to become a lieutenant for the Department of Justice, where she oversaw the hiring, supervision, and training of a staff of 900 employees for many years.
As a lifelong resident of Southeast Texas, she possesses intimate knowledge of the communities, making her an excellent source of information. Sincera attended both Lamar University and Texas Southern University, focusing on mass communication and journalism, which she incorporated into developing programs and systems for her staff. As a cancer survivor, she has overcome difficulties that contribute to her strength. Sincera loves her son, dogs, reading, volunteering, and writing. She stands 6’1 and is happy to challenge you to a game of basketball.
